Here you go with a recording of my recently premiered piece …you took my breath away… (2015-16), for Flute and live electronics (controlled by Myo Armband). It comes from the concert that took place at Fundació Phonos’ Concert Hall (Universitat Pompeu Fabra de Barcelona) on last Monday, April the 26th. The flutist is Joan Pons, from Barcelona Modern Project Ensemble, who did an amazing and really committed job.
Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Institut Français – Barcelona Modern Project
The first meeting of the Institut Français – Barcelona Modern Project course just finished. An intense weekend with lots of interesting presentations by guest teacher Hèctor Parra and the participants of the course, workshop with the musicians of Barcelona Modern Project and Joan Martí Frasquier about new instrumental possibilities and also a portrait concert with early Hèctor Parra’s chamber music.
Here you can find some pictures of our weekend at the Institut Français in Barcelona. Now it’s time to keep on working on my new piece for flute and electronics –with Myo Controller–, which will be premieres by Barcelona Modern Project during the final concert of the course, April 2016.
Exciting stuff yet to come! Next meeting: December 2016.
